- Visa fees and invitation letter from Korea.
- Round-trip airfare with Vietnam Airlines, itinerary from Da Nang to Korea.
- Baggage allowance: 23kg checked baggage + 10kg carry-on baggage.
- Transportation throughout the itinerary.
- 4-star hotel accommodation, standard 2 people/ room (if a single male or female guest will be arranged in a 3-person room or sleep alone, paying extra for a single room surcharge).
- Meals arranged according to the program.

Tour registration requirements:
- Passport validity of at least 6 months from the end date of the trip.
- Visa application documents as required.
- Customers are required to make a deposit of 50% of the tour price per guest immediately after registering for the tour.
- Customers are required to complete the procedures and pay the remaining tour price at least 7 days before the departure date.
Tour postponement/cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation immediately after registering for the tour and before 29 days prior to the departure date, the cancellation fee is 30% of the tour price.
- Cancellation within 25-28 days before the departure date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellation within 20-24 days before the departure date, the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- Cancellation within 11-19 days before the departure date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
- Cancellation within 04-10 days before the departure date, the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- Cancellation within 01-03 days before the departure date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
Note: The tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
In case the customer’s visa application is rejected, the visa fee of 2,500,000 VND is non-refundable.
