Ngày 1

Day 1: DEPARTURE FROM DA NANG TO NARITA 

Passengers will be requested to gather at the International Departure Terminal, 2nd Floor of Da Nang International Airport at the agreed time. A professional tour guide from our company will be present to assist with the check-in procedures and escort the group to board VN318 flight (00:05-07:35) to Narita International Airport, Japan. The group will spend the night on board the flight.

Ngày 2

DAY 2: NARITA – TOKYO

Morning: the tour group completes immigration procedures at Narita International Airport and enjoys a local Japanese breakfast at a restaurant. The group begins the journey of exploring Japan with the assistance of a guide and a private vehicle. 

  • Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple – a famous sacred site to pray for good luck, with many historic buildings and towers within the complex. 
  • Narita Park – a spacious, harmonious natural environment with a shimmering lake filled with koi fish.

Noon: The group enjoys a delicious lunch at a local restaurant before moving on to Tokyo, the capital of Japan, to continue their journey of exploration:

  • Odaiba – an artificial island, is well known as a shopping paradise and a hub for high-tech entertainment, located right next to Tokyo Bay. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Odaiba from the Rainbow Bridge, relax on the sandy shores of Odaiba Beach, or indulge in some retail therapy at one of the bustling shopping complexes.
  • The group will also visit the Makuhari shopping mall system in Chiba prefecture, where a variety of famous brands are sold, such as Michael Kors, Bally, Coach, Adidas, Puma, and so on.

Evening: the group will have dinner at restaurant. Afterwards, the tour bus and the tour guide will take the group back to the 3 -star hotel in Tokyo. The group can then have some rest or explore Tokyo on their own at night.

Day 3: TOKYO – YAMANASHI

Morning: After having breakfast at the hotel, the group checks out. The tour bus and guide will pick up the group and continue the journey to Tokyo city for sightseeing: 

  • Asakusa Kannon Temple – an ideal Japanese tourist destination to admire famous ancient structures and discover the culture of the Land of the Rising Sun. 
  • Ueno Park – located in the heart of the magnificent Tokyo city, famous for its 3000 cherry blossom trees with 100 different species. 
  • Tokyo Skytree – a broadcasting tower, restaurant, and observation deck located in the Sumida district of Tokyo, Japan.

Noon: The group has lunch at a local restaurant and continues their journey by visiting:

  • Tokyo Imperial Palace: located in the Chiyoda ward of Tokyo, which has been the residence and workplace of the Japanese royal family for two centuries. 
  • Shopping at duty-free stores in Ginza and Akihabara shopping districts.

Evening: the group will be driven by their guide and tour bus to a 4-star hotel or equivalent in Yamanashi city. Visitors will be served an exquisite King Crab Buffet dinner.

After dinner, you can unwind and experience Japanese culture by soaking in a rejuvenating Onsen and dressing up in traditional Yukata attire for a memorable keepsake photo.

Day 4: YAMANASHI – NARITA

Morning: After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, the group continues their journey to explore the land of cherry blossoms:

  • The group will be chauffeured to Mount Fuji – Fuji Subaru 5th Station, where they will be amazed by the breathtaking panoramic view of the Five Lakes area and the majestic Mount Fuji.

Noon: The group will have lunch at a local restaurant, then head to:

  • Oshino Hakkai Village – a beautiful and peaceful ancient village surrounded by the Five Lakes area near Mount Fuji.
  • Next, the group will visit Aeon Mall Narita – a famous shopping center that specializes in a wide variety of products such as functional foods, home appliances, fashion, and Japanese cuisine.

Evening: The group will have dinner at a restaurant before being transferred by their guide and tour bus to a 4-star hotel or equivalent in Narita. The group can choose to either relax at the hotel or freely explore the vibrant nightlife of Japan.

Ngày 5

Day 5: NARITA – DA NANG

Morning: After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, the group will be transferred to Narita International Airport for check-in and departure on flight VN319 (10:00 – 13:45) back to Da Nang. Upon arrival, farewell and see you again.

Inclusions and Exclusions of Services

Tour Price includes:

  • Visa application fee and invitation letter from Japan. 
  • Round-trip airfare on Vietnam Airlines, with the itinerary of Da Nang – Narita – Da Nang. 
  • Luggage allowance of 46 kg/2 pieces (23kg/1 piece) + 10kg hand carry. 
  • Transportation throughout the itinerary. 
  • 4-star hotel accommodation, based on double occupancy (for single male or female travelers, a triple room will be arranged or a single room supplement will be charged). 
  • Appropriate meals according to the program. 
  • Admission tickets for scheduled sightseeing. 
  • Experienced and enthusiastic Vietnamese-speaking tour guide. 
  • International travel insurance in Japan. 
  • 1 bottle of mineral water per person per day.

Tour price does not include: 

  • VAT. 
  • Visa fees for entry into Vietnam for foreign passport holders. 
  • Tips for tour guides and drivers of $7 USD/day/person. 
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, overweight luggage fees in accordance with airline regulations, etc. 
  • Incidental expenses outside of the tour program. 
  • Single room supplement if requested by the guest.

Tour registration conditions:

  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. 
  • Visa application is required. 
  • A 50% deposit of the total tour price per person is required upon registration. 
  • The remaining payment must be completed and settled 15 days prior to departure. 

Cancellation policy: 

  • Cancellation made right after tour registration and up to 29 days prior to departure will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the tour deposit. 
  • Cancellation made within 25-28 days prior to departure will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour deposit. 
  • Cancellation made within 20-24 days prior to departure will result in a cancellation fee of 70% of the tour deposit. 
  • Cancellation made within 11-19 days prior to departure will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour deposit. 
  • Cancellation made within 04-10 days prior to departure will result in a cancellation fee of 70% of the tour price. 
  • Cancellation made within 01-03 days prior to departure will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price.
